AiM MXP Gauge Cluster – E46 M3

We created the AiM MXP Gauge Cluster to retain default viewing distance while maintaining a clean ‘factory’ look. This is a 100% in-house designed product using a computer-aided design (CAD) program to allow easy installation onto the factory E46 M3 dashboard.

We designed the AiM MXP Gauge Cluster kit for two different use cases: those that want stock AiM button location on the TFT or those that don’t mind relocating the AiM buttons to add a Faceplate for a cleaner look. Relocating can be done using the official AiM Remote Button Interface.

The AiM MXP Gauge Cluster kit comes with all hardware for install including 4 standoff adapters to securely mount the AiM onto the dash. In addition to the two factory mounting holes, we created two extra holes at the bottom of the cluster for those that want to add extra security to the cluster.

Lastly we are creating this kit using a large-scale professional 3D printer that is upgraded to print high temperature fused deposition modeling (FDM) materials such as Carbon Fiber infused Nylon. We use the best nylon carbon fiber material available to ensure a high degree of strength and high heat resistance on all of our functional parts. Due to the nature of 3D printing, there may be imperfections in the product however most of it will be covered or not visible to the eye once installed.
