Old school vs. new school. Skater vs. bladers. Functionality vs. form. Track vs. stance. We’ve all seen that thread on the forums. You know, the one where OP posts a photo of a stanced car and the track guy comes in with a reply saying “needs moar low” or “do you even stance bro?”

Although the OP prefaces he’s got the flame suit on, that only promotes more banter and criticizing because our ego-fueled, close-minded frienemies can talk shit without showing our faces. The truth is, the only thing we show is how bad our taste is when it comes to selecting our avatar icon. Everyone has different flavors. What would the world be if there were only pink Starbursts?

I met up with my friend Daron who has a super clean white BMW E46 M3 convertible on Forgestar F14’s and some CSL goodies. His car looks pretty identical to mine so I thought it’d be great to do a shoot side by side. We took it up the the infamous Tustin Metrolink Station here in Irvine and did a photoshoot to compare these two similar, but different M3’s. Check out the photos below.
